As the urban sprawl continues to develop we move further away from land, trees, and plants. Being close to nature is actually linked to our mental and physical well being. Here are a few reasons why House Plants can make you happier and healthier (also specifically which plants):
Improved Sleep – Some plants emit oxygen during the night that can help absorb the carbon dioxide we exhale in our sleep, so we can breath and rest easier which can help provide a more peaceful sleep.

Many of the plants that are mentioned above have multiple benefits but I have also saved for last 2 of my own personal favourites that can help improve, sleeping, breathing, productivity and positivity.
